Acadia Center is very much a number-crunching, policy-pushing, behind-the-scenes organization but they've quietly made a big impact on the Northeast, including a carbon emissions reduction of 55% since 2008 and $11 billion in energy bill savings for residents. Telling that story through social media means cutting through the jargon and distilling complex policy conversations down to memorable impact stories.
